If you already know the address where you will be renting an apartment or house, to order a guarantee with the owner's signature and notarized guarantee, you need to provide: customer details and the address to send the finished document; name and surname, passport series and number of all who will be specified in the rental agreement; rental address of the property you will be renting. If you have not yet chosen the property you want to rent and do not know the future address, you can order a guarantee without specifying the address to add it later yourself.
I am from Poznań (or another city), will your presence be necessary at my notary?
To sign a rental agreement with najem okazjonalny, you only need a document with the signature of another property owner. Once you have our guarantee, you can confidently rent a property without our presence throughout Poland.
Can we be evicted at any time with najem okazjonalny?
This rental agreement provides you and the property owner with protection, where the owner cannot simply terminate the rental agreement, and you cannot fail to pay for the property without consequences.
What should I do if I find a property and agree with the owner to sign a contract?
If you have chosen a property and agreed with the owner to sign a contract, you will need a guarantee from another property owner — “Oświadczenie o wyrażenie zgody na zamieszkanie w lokalu zastępczym”. We provide such a guarantee!
